Now, onward! I invite you to stay in my luxury downtown loft. My husband and I love its cozy, high-end vibe, cleanliness, high ceilings, and incredible location that's perfect for exploring the best of Estes. It's perfectly appointed with comfy furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and countless amenities so you can feel at home during your mountain getaway in Estes Park.

My husband and I just bought this home, so it hasn't many reviews yet. Here's what prior guests said before we owned it.

You will enjoy 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with toilet/shower, a living and dining room with games, puzzles and a smart TV, a great deck with fun views of Estes Park's central district.

My favorite feature is the perfect location in the heart of downtown Estes Park. The loft is a great home base to not only explore the National Park, but also explore the shops and restaurants that Estes Park is also famous for.

BEDROOMS

Our home offers two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. Please note that one bedroom has an open floor plan and it does not have a door. Make sure you look at the photos to confirm this is ok!

Bedroom 1 - A great master bedroom with on the north side of the building, opening directly onto the deck and into the living/dining area.

Bedroom 2 - A spacious bedroom right next to the entry way -- note that there is no door. See photos so you are not surprised.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT

Deck -The tiny patio opens up directly above downtown's Elkhorn Avenue, where you can enjoy the color sights and sounds of Estes Park.

Living Room - The living and dining area features a great flat screen television and a cozy fireplace.

WiFi - The loft has a great WiFi router so you’ll enjoy a strong connection for streaming, entertainment and work, with no dead zones.

COOKING

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked It features an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, various small appliances, cutlery, dishes, utensils, bowls/pots/pans and virtually anything else you may need or want. It opens directly to the dining area so you can socialize as someone's cooking.

This was a great place. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street. There are so many restaurants and shops just steps away and the river flows right by the back door. Parking was easy, the property is secure and very clean. You can definitely hear the people outside at night and the service vehicles such as trash removal in the early morning but it wasn't loud and didn't bother us at all.

We are a very busy couple this time of the year, we wanted to sneak up to Estes for a night for our anniversary. After a 3 1/2 hour drive, we tried to check in two hours after check-in was available. The room wasn’t cleaned and it smelled like Cheech and Chong had been there for the last two weeks. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anything that we could go to right away only offered us a small discount to give them a couple hours to clean, so we had dinner and drove 3 1/2 hours home. Happy anniversary!
