Whether you're sitting by the pool or enjoying the sparkling sand and warm waters of Florida's unspoiled Atlantic Ocean, our Cocoa Beach Resort offers countless ways to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation.

The vacation condos are easily accessible to golf courses, shopping, nature tours, kayaking, parasailing, fishing charters, airboat rides and much more. We are only a short drive from Orlando where you can visit Disneyworld, Epcot, SeaWorld, Islands of Adventure, or any of the many other famous theme parks and attractions and return to your condo on the beach in the same day. You can also easily shuttle to Orlando or Melbourne International airports. The resort features sandy secluded beaches, 2 pools, hot tub, spa, 4 Tennis Courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, children's playground, arcade, lounge, restaurant and private Banquet Room/conference center.
