Located in the golf resort Reunion this villa will make you think you booked a vacation in Florence. This Tuscan Villa has a private courtyard with a heated pool and patio. Whether you want to enjoy a day by the pool or invite some friends to wine and dine. This villa will have it all.
There are 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom are located in a separate suite next to the pool.

The downstairs area includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen overlooks both the dining area and living room so you will always be able to entertain your family and guests. Florida nights don't often ask for a fireplace but if you want to add some romance to your stay there is a fireplace located in the living room.

The master bedroom and bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The upstairs area has 3 additional bedrooms and full bathrooms. There is a lounge area and a walkway that overlooks the living room on the second floor.

Don’t forget the TP!

Very nice home, but it was didn’t feel very prepared to receive guests. While the very basics of amenities were provided, there was NO backups anywhere and no basics for even cleaning up. Most of the bathrooms only had partial TP rolls, there were no clean products and enough to run the dishwasher 2 times in 5 days. We had to go out and purchase the basic to help keep the environment clean. The neighborhood and property were very nice and certainly as advertised. It was just a bit more “bare-necessities” than we had anticipated for the quality of the property.

Best rental property I have ever

This was the best rental property I have ever had I don’t wanna rent no other house but this one for the price and the area the privacy you have the host was the best and polite I would recommend this property and the people rent this over any property I will be rent again

Overall this was a very nice place to spend our first winter in Florida! We were very impressed with both Anne and Edwin, they were very easy to work with and were very responsive to our questions. I will tell everyone to stay here and will return!
