Too IKEA for a Senior

The property is very nice. Great location. The furniture is very uncomfortable. The sofa is very wide so a person cannot sit on the sofa with out pillows to support your back. The rattan/ wicker chairs and chaise were equally uncomfortable. After a long day of walking its nice to relax. We couldn't do that, The bedding duvet and feather bed had makeup on it. I turned the comforter around so that the open end was at the bottom of the bed and not near our faces. That was gross. Our girl Flor that checked us in came by to check on us the day before we left and took pictures of the bed. I assume it has been cleaned by now. We came home after dinner to 3 cockroaches on the kitchen floor. Only caught one. We immediately went down to the office. The girl at the desk called the Concierge Karen. She said she would send some one down right away. No one ever came. I sent her an email the next day and she apologized for the inconvenience. I did not consider a cockroach an inconvenience. Only a health issue for me. The elevators were only working the first few days. All the elevators broke down. We waited 4 hours to get back up to our condo ( With our groceries). We did not understand when we checked in that there was one more entrance through the glass doors on the 2nd floor. The day we checked out the elevators were still not working. We had to haul our suitcases down the stairs. We did get a visit from the Manager Mario. Very nice man. The complex offered to pay for our transportation back to the airport. We are grateful for that. The microwave is so high we had to stand on the step stool to see inside it. I have Never seen a microwave installed that high The hot tub on the roof was a waste of money. The stairs are dangerous. Would have been nice if it was outside of the living area. Other than that, the place was nice. Just not for us. We would not recommend it for seniors but for sure younger people. We would stay at one of the other properties. We visit Cabo every other year for 10-14 days. Sorry, We left disappointed in the property.

Excellent Location and Condo

The property was as described perfect location at the Marina close to every thing!!! The concierge Flor was amazing very helpful and efficient we highly recommend using her services. Will definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing very clean , quiet . The staff was super helpful especially in these times with the corona virus the condos are beautiful top shelf all in AL the staff the condos AA+++++ we are definitely looking forward to going back
