Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium The condo is situated overlooking the 13th hole on Bald Head Island golf course. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds with a full size bathroom located in hall off from the second bedroom.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops and custom furnishings to accommodate your every need.
Enjoy the evening with the family in the spacious living room watching tv or open the sliding glass door to enjoy an evening breeze on one of the balconies.

THE Condo comes Equipped with everything you need to enjoy the island!

* Golf cart (4 passenger) comes with the accommodations
* Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and children’s boogie boards and sand toys

Royal James also has a *community pool, which is conveniently located right across from the condo unit. The pool area has a neighborhood charcoal grill and picnic area. The condo is centrally located on the island and is less than a 5 minute *golf cart ride to the beach, the Bald Head Island marina, restaurants and access to many outdoor activities.

The Bald Head Island Club with golf is available at an additional charge through the BHI Club. www.bhiclub.net. Please review the 2022 Guest Member rules and and cost.

Great location in BHI

This condo is located mid-island in the Maritime Forest. It is close to the market and great beaches. The condo is perfect for our family. The kitchen is well equipped for our needs. Additionally, the condo has spices, oils, and coffee, so we did not need to bring our own. There is also shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent provided, which is an added amenity. This was our second stay in this condo, the first time in 2022. The condo has been very well maintained in the past two years. We will definitely be back!

Great BHI Experience

This place was nice! Conviently located, very clean. We were very happy with our stay. The provided golf cart was perfect. We also used the bikes to get around which worked out great! I am very pleased with our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Laundry was a great bonus with provided necessities to run a load. Shower in master with jets was perfect!

Great place to stay

This condo was the cleanest place I have stayed in a long time. It was wonderful walking into such a spotless unit. Having a golf cart at our disposal was a useful perk. Warning-- don’t drive it after dark as the headlights are not bright enough to light your way. :). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

We had a great time at BHI celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary! The condo was clean, updated, quiet and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to the market with shops and conveniently located restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

I moved to this beautiful Island in March of 2020. I lived in Charleston South Carolina and came to visit Bald Head in November of 2019 and from the first time I arrived here I never wanted to leave.

Why they chose this property

You will love the completely remodeled condo , the kitchen has state of the art appliances and the space has designer touches throughout. The back deck comes off the living room and master bedroom suite and over looks the 9th hole. It is conveniently located across from the pool area.
