It has a boxspring bed, table and two chairs with space for nice food or other indoor activities, if it should be uncomfortable outside on the balcony. The apartment has a sunbath (5qm) with sea view and awning. This has sunshine from morning till early afternoon!

The completely renovated bathroom is equipped with shower box, rain shower and massage function as well as a top loading washing machine (5kg).
The studios' technical equipment includes air conditioning with cooling and heating.
