It’s our little secret. Shhhh, let's keep this between us. Blue Ridge is Georgia’s coolest mountain town where you can get away completely and enjoy the mountain scenery or be active and explore all that north Georgia has to offer, and Montane Manor luxury vacation rental is your private retreat in the heart of it all. Perfect getaway anytime of year and close to all the hiking trails and outdoor activities located in the Aska adventure area.

You’ll be greeted with a wall of glass that brings the mountains inside to you. Enjoy two stone gas fireplaces, open kitchen/bar and 4B/4B. We have a total of 5 King beds with en-suites and two Queen sofa beds. The outdoor living area has a gas stone fireplace with lots of seating. Our covered cabana area has a six person hot tub and plenty of parking. Inside terrace level has a pool table, wet bar, games and many other fun activities. Outside terrace level has a heated pool with spa, dining table and spacious sitting area. It doesn’t matter which area you choose to relax, the breathtaking views will captivate you.

Located just 1 mile from downtown Blue Ridge with shopping, coffee shops and five star dining, getting to Montane Manor is easy with paved roads and a paved driveway. Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa River and the Aska adventure area are only 5 miles alway with whitewater rafting, river tubing, zip lines, hiking, trout fishing, golf, boating, camping, kayaking, waterfalls, horseback riding, festivals, scenic drives, Orchards, Vineyards, wine and brew tours, The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, bowling, movies and so much more. Lake Blue Ridge has walking trails, bike riding and a free boat ramp to launch your own boat. Or rent a boat, kayak, jet ski or paddle board for the day from Lake Blue Ridge Marina, then enjoy lunch or dinner on the water at Boat Dock Bar & Grill. Year round outdoor and indoor activities are endless in the North Georgia Mountains.

Perfect stay.. perfect home

Couldn't have asked for a better home for a long weekend celebrating my best friend’s birthday. The sunsets that cascade over the valley were truly mesmerizing. The amenities were top notch.

Immaculate home, stunning views, prime location to Blue Ridge. The home overall left my wife & I speechless. Owners did an amazing job with decor. Cons: - Most uncomfortable beds my wife & I have ever slept in. All beds were almost unsleepable. Wife had to sleep on the sofa each night & I had to take pain meds just to endure the pain to sleep at all. Still recovering from inflicted pain. HORRIBLE! - Thermostat was nest & locked (Didn't have access to change from heat to cool). Had to personally text (outside of VRBO) owner requesting it switched. Unacceptable. - Furniture, hot tub, etc was noticeably worn and could feel it. Main sofas were comfortable, but found the rest not conducive to relaxation. - Owner did not want to text through VRBO, very awkward, and only through personal texts. Before stay he sends legal contracts through text of our rights and responsibilities etc. Never had this happen before. - Pool/pool hot tub are heated, but owner sent multiple private texts asking if we'd like to pay an additional "$600 heated pool for your entire stay”… Mmmm no thank you. Pros: - Owner was beyond words attentive, respectful & super responsive. Anything asked he was on it & overly gracious/helpful. - Home's a 10 and view is worth the experience. - Location of home is less than 5 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge - Gated community very safe - Recommendations of owner to do/eat exceeded expectations - Adequately equipped with appliances for needs
