You're minutes to Captiva Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and so much more.

Of course, there is also the charming enclosed lanai which is set up with comfortable seating for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. The backyard is also enclosed with a wall around so you have privacy perfect for putting the retractable awning out and relaxing in your private hot tub or grilling with friends before heading off to the town squares to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes 2 person Jacuzzi, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
