The condo itself is located on a lower floor (above 1st floor parking garage), and is an easy walk up one flight of stairs for those who prefer not to wait for elevators. The view is breathtaking!

The master bedroom and bath are spacious with a dressing area, generous closet and storage space and separated shower/toilet area, The guest bedroom is located adjacent to the guest bath for a private guest area. This location is at the quieter, south end of the island. Shopping, fishing, and golf are available. It's also a short drive to Bonita Springs and Naples. The nearby bridge is an easy way to exit the island.
