Clean but hot!!

Super clean house but AC can not cool the house. Management said the unit was brand new, but it couldn’t cool the house past 83 degrees. Also, lots of nighttime barking dogs in neighborhood, so just be aware.

Central location, secure walled yard for dogs.

Roomy & nicely decorated. My spouse & I stayed 6 weeks, during which a pair of friends visited us for a few days. Our unanimous suggestion for improvement was the beds & need for firm mattresses better pillows. We ended up not bringing our dog, so am hoping for rebate on pet cleaning from VRBO.

Clean, Comfortable

This property is very clean, well equipped for cooking and comfortable. Located in a good spot for shopping and restaurants, but the neighborhood is still quiet. Near the zoo and Reid park which was great for walking. Check in/out was easy. Hosts are friendly and responsive, but not intrusive.

Why they chose this property

So much to love ! Light, bright open living area with lots of fun art, splashes of color with a bit of a retro feeling... The whole house has a fun vacation feeling..and it's in a sweet quiet neighborhood and yet close to all the fun stuff... and it has a big private backyard with new higher walls for tons of privacy and new decorative pebbles - so enjoy !! haha, just don't spill the ice cream.. Smiles from Michael and Andrea.

What makes this property unique

We have recently made the backyard more private and raised the block wall 18 inches. In addition we added decorative pebble rock to backyard. Very private and spacious.
ALSO - The neighborhood and location was the #1 reason we bought this home to share with our special guest. We fell in love with how quiet and charming the neighborhood is. Neighbors are friendly, everyone waives "hi". And yet it's mid town at it's very finest! The home is within a mile of The Park Place Mall, 5 Star dining, Target, plus so many specialty shops and cool places to explore. And for adventure seekers, you can be hiking, biking, parasailing, trail riding, 4 wheelin or in hot air balloon in 15 minutes. Or feel like throwing a Frisbee? A quiet little neighborhood park is just at the end of the street. There is so much to enjoy!
