Boasting five bedrooms, four baths, and enough elbow room to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this beautiful Sunriver retreat is perfect for families and large get-togethers of friends. You'll love the home's vaulted ceilings, stately fireplace, and attractive decor. The downstairs area enjoys a spacious living room with comfortable furniture and lots of natural light cascading in through broad windows with tree views. The full kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, a tile backsplash, and all the appliances and cookware you'll need to let your next culinary project shine. The dining table seats up to eight guests and there are four barstools at the breakfast bar for the kids to swing their feet from. Off the dining area, the full deck is great for hosting fun barbecues with family and friends. Head down the hall past the stairs, and you'll find the main bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bath, and access to the private hot tub outside. The garage has a mounted flatscreen TV, seating on Adirondack chairs, and a Ping-pong table. The upstairs main bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath and there is a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There is a set of twins in the third bedroom and the fourth bedroom converts to a sitting space with a large flatscreen TV.

Be sure to check out all the fantastic restaurants that populate the area with visits to places like Sunriver Brewing Co., Blondie's Pizza, and Big Belly Burgers and Brew. The resort marina is just three miles away with kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and swimming opportunities to enjoy. Woodlands Golf Course is only a mile from this home with terrific fairways to tee off on for some early-morning exercise.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
