Large house with pool in a quiet neighborhood

This is a 5 bedroom, 3 full bath and 2 half bath house. One can fit two cars in the driveway. ( I don't know if street parking is allowed but saw a lot of it), There are two bedrooms on the first floor and three on the second floor. One and half baths downstairs inside and one in the pool area. We enjoyed having the pool to use after a day in the park. We didn't choose to pay for heating and it was comfortable for the three who used it. It was also nice to have the extra bathrooms. There were only 4 of us( there was supposed to be 6) but it was really nice to have a bathroom for each of us. The Master bathroom doesn't have a door except to the toilet. There are two separate sinks and a shower and jacuzzi. The other bathrooms were all off the hallways. It's a bit further out, a car or plans to Uber are necessary.Supplies were short -one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one garbage bag in the garbage can and no backup, no hand dish washing soap. They mention short or starter supplies, but have never had that short before. Overall a great house and all four of us would gladly stay again.

The house was just as listed. Actually its listed as 3 full baths. Its 3 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. It was very big, plenty of room for 7 people. The pool was great and the location was also good.

The best.

Actually has three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Total of five. One is off pool area. Couldn’t be better. Would love to stay here again sometime. Art is beautiful throughout home. Great books available. More than enough dishes, etc. Pool is the best.

Last minute booking

Originally booked with another company who let us know about a month prior to our trip that they couldn’t honor the booking due to the property owner pulling the rental off the market. Booked with ease and the home was lovely. The cost was a bit steep including the vrbo fee but overall had room for our entire party, pool and appliances all working. Was overall a positive experience. Still waiting to have my refundable deposit returned, but other than that would definitely rent again through VRBO

Every villa we manage is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc. Disney is less 20 minutes away (some villas are 5 minutes away) and Universal 25 minutes.

What makes this property unique

All the villas have their own private pool, luxury furnishings, lounge with large screen TV, fully air condioned throught, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, at least one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, washing/drying facilities and free access to all the facilities at the Resort. Please note we have a strict policy of NO SMOKING and NO PETS in every villa (smoking is allowed on the pool deck).

Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean.

Please be assured the villa you select will be the one that you are renting.

We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.
