About this property

Welcome to Powdered Sugar, a condo on Sugar Mountain with two suites. Just off of Highway 184, you have quick access to either Sugar Ski or Beech Ski.

The main level features a beautiful kitchen with bar seating for four. There is an Alexa dot and a Keurig; listen to your favorite music while you enjoy a morning cup! The open living room has seating for all with a large sectional and a loveseat bench. There are racks for skis or snowboards on the back deck, and by the gas fireplace (useable Seasonally; turned off May-October) you'll find a boot and glove dryer. There is a half bath and laundry center on the main level.

The spiral staircase leads you to each of the two suites. To the left is the Queen with a private bath and a tub/shower combo. On the right is a Queen over Queen bunk with a private full bath, TV and deck access. Both bedrooms, as well as the kitchen, has USB outlets for your charging convenience.

Important Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Check In time is after 4pm. Check Out time is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- Linens and towels provided.
- AWD/4WD is needed in the winter time for all of our mountain homes. Please be sure to have the appropriate vehicle in case of inclement weather.
- Please note the fireplace non-operational.

Very nice place to stay. Close to town and attractions.

We were in town for our sons wedding. Could not have asked for a better place. Close to town and attractions. Comfortable homey feeling. Easy check in/check out. Overall great experience with this unit. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great place. Would recommend.

Perfect house and location. The kids loved the bunk beds. We would definitely visit again. Very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Only part we couldn’t figure out is where to put the trash. The binder says it will be collected by housekeeping after checkout but you can’t keep a week worth of trash in the house. Couldn’t find any outside trash cans. Called the number in the binder. First person said housekeeping will pick it up after checkout and second person said there was a convenience site with trash cans, but we couldn’t find it. Update the binder with the info on the trash cans and it’s a perfect stay.
