A wood burning fireplace sets the stage for a memorable stay in the Northwoods; cozy up after a day or snowshoeing or sit fireside with one of many unique board games provided. The main level features a walk-out suite connected to a screened-in porch that runs the width of the home. Enjoy the sounds of the forest while you enjoy a meal or relax on the porch daybed.
Step outside the cabin door to explore privately maintained Brickyard Creek trails covering 70-acres of beautiful Boreal forest or meander to the private community’s sandy beach with access to a picnic area and lakeside fire pit looking out to the Apostle Islands.

September Anniversary weekend

Cozy, romantic cabin in the woods. Rustic with all the modern amenities. Perfect place to go back to and cook, start a fire, and stay in after a day of sightseeing outdoors. Highly recommend!

Lovely getaway close to attractions

I have loved the Brickyard Creek cottages for a long time. This one did not disappoint. It's just a couple miles outside Bayfield and right next to Red Cliff and the apple orchards up the hill. So much to do with a cozy retreat from the activity when you're done.

Cute chalet in the woods

We truly enjoyed this little cabin in the woods. Loved the area. It was perfect for us. Very clean, nicely decorated, and adequately stocked with everything you would need. Check in/out was very easy. Unfortunately the wood was too damp to start a fire, and there were only large pieces of wood. No kindling. Firestarter was not enough. But that was minor! We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Inclusive Chalet in the Woods

The chalet was exactly as described. It was cozy and well supplied with quality necessities from kitchen to bathroom. Very clean. All the beds were comfortable. Nice touches, like blankets for out on the porch for cool evenings. Great location. We would definitely stay again! A couple things to keep in mind: only table is on the porch and sounds travel easily inside the chalet.
