This home is a newly built farmhouse and is clean, comfortable, and has all of the amenities needed for you to enjoy the comforts of an HGTV style home. It's beautifully furnished with a real farmhouse feel. It is one level living and has a bright and open floorplan with great gathering spaces. For some fresh air you can relax on the patio with the dining set and gas grill. At night you can enjoy the ambiance of the party lights or gather around the firepit in the ample yard space.
In the home, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private full bathroom and a large amazing walk-in shower that will pamper you after a long hike or enjoying some of the breweries. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed for two and a shared bathroom with a bonus room, which has another queen-sized bed and an additional bunk bed. The home has plenty of room to sleep up to 8 people.
The location is great. It is approximately 20 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store, and close to the restaurants, breweries, and shopping of South Asheville and Downtown.

This was a great property for a girls weekend. Plenty of space and everything you could ever need. It’s a short drive to Asheville, so conveniently located too.

After Christmas Trip Laurel Hill

We had a perfect stay at the Laurel Hill house!! It was extremely clean, spacious, and so close to Biltmore. There was everything you could possibly need to cook a meal, multiple reclining seats & extra blankets. It seemed like every need was anticipated. We had a truly wonderful experience & we will be happy to stay again!
