Summary:
Ideally located to take full advantage of the best of what Avalon offers, steps to the beach, ocean views and proximity to walk to your favorite restaurants, stores and recreation. Decks galore to entertain on and enjoy the ocean views and a spacious backyard heated pool off of the family room with a wet bar. Bedrooms on all three levels including a junior master suite on the second floor and the master suite on the third floor with its own private deck with ocean views. *Disclaimer- We do require Guests to sign a Lease Agreement.*

The Space:
Full car garage, off street parking, gas fire place, vaulted ceilings in the living room, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and plenty of room for the large families or two families to spread out.

This home must be booked for a full week, check in Saturday and check out Saturday in summer season.

The place was great , but I didn't like that there was no sheets and pillow cases.

The home needed sheets and pillow covering. A l so there was no dish cleaning supplies. For the price you pay some of those items needed to be provided
