Exclusive use of the entire home. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, HOT TUB, HEATED POOL ( Oct 15-April 15 80-85 degree) 2 car garage and nice fenced yard with AWESOME TIKI BAR and grill. This is a LARGE home!!! This is not a small home!!!

King bed with walk in closet, 65 inch smart tv and full bathroom attached . Bed is super soft and cloud like. Closet contains regular towels, beach towels, two blow up queen air mattresses, tons of extra pillows, linens, sheets, comforters.

Our home is fully stocked with everything you need for a nice vacation. Toilet paper( not just one tile like other rentals- we provide plenty!!) full sized shampoo, full sized conditioner 2 types of full sized body wash, regular towels, beach towels, cooking spices, dunkin coffee and creamer.
We have pool toys, board games, beach chairs, a nice cooler with wheels and beach umbrella for guests to use. Full sized washer /dryer in garage available for use. We even provide laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets for guests to use.
Home is located 2 min to countryside mall, 5 min to caladesi and honeymoon island/beach and 11 min to Clearwater beach. Three Grocery stores, dollar general, 4 gas stations/convenience stores, car wash, 4 banks, several strip malls and SO many restaurants are located 2 minutes away.

Pool is on smaller side 8x16 feet 3 feet shallow end 4.6 deep end.pool
Heater runs seasonally oct 15-april 15 80-85.

Hot tub is hot and ready at 101°. It fits 4 to 5 people.

Perfect

This is our second stay at this house and it was better than last year. They now have a Tiki bar, heated pool and other updates in the yard. The house is very clean and has everything you can imagine. Sandy quickly responds to any questions and always reminds me that she was there if we need anything, We were minutes away from Honeymoon Island. We love the shops in town and especially that Dunedin is pet friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Sandy nd the house are great l!

This is our third year at the property. We keep coming back because the house is so great for a family. We have two adult children plus ourselves and the set up of the rooms in the bedrooms be better. The pool and hot tub are great. The grounds have been substantially updated to, hang out outside whenever you would want. The place is immaculate. Sandy is so attentive and wonderful to deal with. I unconditionally recommend anybody to stay here. Additionally, the location is very convenient and not far from downtown Dunedin, the ocean, in route 19, which gets you pretty much anywhere you wanna go.

Excellent!

Very clean and roomy for our family holiday stay. Lots of amenities and, although we didn’t have time to use them, the host had the jacuzzi and pool all warmed up and waiting for us! Great place and great location for us.

Awesome house

This house has everything you could possibly need! Pool is heated and even on the colder days we were able to enjoy it. House was clean and cozy! Dunedin is the perfect city to stay in with so many restaurants near by! Honeymoon island was beautiful! We enjoyed our welcome gift. We would love to come back!

Beautiful property and an amazing host

This home was amazing! It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities. Anybody could imagine. Sandra,the host thought of everything you would possibly need with all the comforts of home to make your vacation enjoyable She is also very hands-on and available to assist with anything and gave me daily updates on the weather since I was staying there for my son’s wedding she made this trip so much more easier during my stay I highly recommend this property and I know I will be looking to stay here again thank you Sandra for such a wonderful week!
