We've given this condo a stylish makeover, complete with new floors, fresh paint, updated ceilings, bathroom improvements, brand-new furniture, and fresh, cozy bedding. Plus, a recent thorough deep clean ensures that your comfort is our top priority.

Take advantage of the shared amenities, including a rejuvenating hot tub and a refreshing pool in the complex (available seasonally) (Subject to availability). Your stay includes covered parking for one vehicle, and the convenience of a building elevator. For practical needs, there's a coin-operated laundry facility on the building's second floor.

There's also a second bedroom that offers a full futon bed, a full-over-full bunk bed, and a convenient twin trundle, complete with a TV and access to the guest full bath. GETTING AROUND:
This property is just steps for the free shuttle stop. Guests have easy access to the lifts (10 minute walk) or can choose to take the free shuttle directly to the base of Peak 9. This location offers the best of both worlds, walk to restaurants, shops, and bars and a short walk to the slopes.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

The listing shows this property as a "Ski in" property. I would strongly disagree, seeing as the walk from the end of the trail is lengthy, especially in ski boots. We ended up driving to Keystone and Vail for most of our trip as the walk from their paring lots was shorter than the one to our "ski in" condo. We had standing water in the sink for days and no one came to fix it. The cooking utensils looked like they were in a fight with a lawn mower. Dishes were not clean. We ended up buying paper plates, bowls and plastic utensils. The building manager, as he identified himself, had inappropriate interactions with my children. Yelling at them about a parking spot. These are kids that can't drive, so clearly they can't move a car for you. The parking lot had several inches of ice on it and parking spots could not be clearly seen. This situation could have been handled differently. My family will not be returning to this unit.

Very nice unit. Perfect for my brother and I. we could have easily fit more family. Clean & casual unit. Decent location within walking distance of ski gondola and downtown restaurants & shops. Had a fantastic time!
