Lovely Home in Blue Mountain Beach!!

Exceptional stay with our family and friends at Just Beachy!! Updated, fresh furnishings throughout made our stay super comfortable and enjoyable. Welcoming living room, kitchen and walk-out deck made for a wonderful gathering area. Clean bathrooms and several spacious bedrooms allowed each family a quiet and peaceful retreat. Ample space on the first floor in the bunkrooms, which the kids absolutely loved. Both kids and adults spent hours swimming in the amazing, heated pool. Convenient beach access just a short walk within the neighborhood. Beach was beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. Was so nice to have multiple restaurants within walking distance such as Goatfeathers and Local Catch. Management company was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a home run of a stay and we’ll definitely book again!!

Gorgeous Beach House!

We needed a house large enough to accommodate my large family with spouses and Grandchildren. This house was perfect for 18 of us. Wonderful soft mattresses in all the 4 master bedrooms. Beautifully decorated throughout. Plenty of bathrooms. Family room downstairs and another on the second floor. Open floor plan on second floor that we all could come together in comfort. The whole house was carefully thought out for a big family vacation. Plenty of bunk beds for teens and kids. Lots of deck space, perfect pool for enjoying after a hot day at the beach and a grill to enjoy too! Close walk to the beach and places to eat and shop. Can’t say enough great things about this house! Will stay there again for sure!

Family Spring Break

First of all, we traveled with another family. There were 2 couples and 6 kids. The home has been updated and may still be in the process of updating some items. The home was more room than we needed but we expected to have additional guests. The home could accommodate up to 4 couples plus 10 kids in bunk beds. The space downstairs was perfect for our teenagers- living, sleeping space and it's own bathroom. This was not a problem for our group but the kids' area has direct access to the pool and front entrance so be mindful of this with younger children. I stayed on the main floor and bed was very comfortable. The pool was great; we had it heated due to time of the year. The kitchen has all the basic appliances and cookware that you will need. The location was great- walking distance to beach, small local restaurants and bike/golf cart rental shop. Walmart/ Publix was ~3miles away. This area is definitely quiet, relaxing; about 30 mins from Panama City Beach area. So for the cons, the home had been cleaned but the floors and some of the countertops could have been cleaned better; especially for the large cleaning fee charged. (May need to change cleaning companies or at least check in on current crew for detailed cleaning.) There was a slight smell upon arrival. I had to Lysol the entire home on day one and smell was gone. The living room sectional definitely needs to be replaced as well as outdoor bar stools. These things are an easy fix and hopefully owners will update soon. We expected more attention to detail for the price and location of the home. We still had a great stay despite cons and again these are all things the owner easily improve for future guests.

Great stay at Just Beachy!!!

Overall our family had a great vacation at Just Beachy! Our kids loved swimming in the heated pool and it was a short walk to several great restaurants. Getting to the beach is easy with sidewalks along the main road. Inside, the house was very clean, nicely furnished and seemed like freshly painted. Several pieces of furniture looked like they had been recently updated. Loved the open kitchen and living room with access to the deck. Lots of rooms for our group to spread out and the kids loved sleeping in the bunk room. Great communication from the management company but we didn’t really encounter any issues where we needed assistance. Would definitely book Just Beachy again!!!

Just fine

Would change to great, but the price was higher for a smaller property than we have used in the same neighborhood. TBF we booked later after the last canceled on us, but for the size it was pricier than would have rather have paid. Again, little choices 30 days out... Would stay here again though, just with less people. Management company was ON IT, for a coupe repairs!
