Welcome to 3 Black Duck! This beautiful five bedroom, five and half bathroom home is located second row ocean in Sea Pines and can sleep up to 16 guests total.

Exciting renovations completed June 2022:

• Two master bathrooms completely renovated with expansive walk-in showers, double vanities and new flooring.

• Pool deck expanded + pool/spa resurfaced.

• Redesigned exterior front entry staircase for easier flow to the entrance of the home.

• New outdoor shower space.

• New exterior spiral staircase from top balcony to the foundation of the home.

• Pool Info: The pool is approximately 35 by 15 feet. The pool and spa are able to be heated for an additional fee for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day. Please call our office at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you are interested to confirm and pay fee.

Fabulous!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting in the South Beach area of Hilton Head for decades and this was one of our favorite houses ever! It is spacious in all the right places, decorated beautifully, well-maintained and clean. The newly remodeled primary suites were gorgeous and the kitchen, dining and living room area was perfect for entertaining our large family!! The pool and outdoor seating areas were lovely and the house was a very short walk to the beach. Thank you for your attention to detail and great service. We would love to rent again!

A week in Heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Home exceeded our expectations. The area was fabulous. My son-in-law and my grandchildren biked everywhere we went. We enjoyed the Salty Dog for shopping and breakfast and we ate dinner in Harbor Town. Both so convenient to our Home. The home was beautifully decorated and maintained. We loved all the decks, the pool and the fantastic bedrooms and kitchen. Also there us nothing better than a huge round table for dining. Thank you to the Manager of the Home for being so on top of everything. Loved everything about the property.

A wonderful vacation

The house was spacious so that each group had its corner and the common areas were great to congregate. The pool was the center of the activities and the two outside porches were useful to watch the kids and still enjoy each other. Overall, it was a memorable stay for all!
