About this property

Roomy 3 bedroom private home with space to sleep 8 comfortably. Two rooms have King beds in them and another a queen. There is also a pull-out sofa bed. A fully stocked kitchen will not leave you 'wanting' for anything away from home.

Hit the trails and come home to relax together as a group after a long day of hiking. Enjoy the pool & hot tub April through October.

Our single level, well-appointed rental is the perfect launch pad for your adventures. Bring a group of up to 8 and sprawl out in a townhome with a patio view of the canyons of Moab, Utah.

BEDROOMS
The king size master suite is dressed in deluxe linens and is a place to retreat and re-energize. The 3-piece en-suite bath has a spacious shower and plenty of counter space.

The second bedroom has one king size bed and shares a 4 piece bathroom.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a 4 piece bathroom.

In the living area, the sofa opens up into a full size sleeper sofa.

BACKYARD
Step out onto the back patio for cold beverages in view of the Moab canyons. An outdoor table and chairs offers a great way to enjoy a meal in the outdoors. After the sun goes down, stay tuned for the collection of stars that fill Moab’s clear and expansive night skies.

Spring Vacation

House was well equipped, clean and had a great view of the La Sal mountains. Close to town and Arches Park. The host was available for any questions. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great location!

Perfect duplex for my family of 5 to relax at the end of the day. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The community pool was very nice as was the neighborhood. Probably 10 minutes away from Arches and 45 from Canyonlands, so the location was perfect.

Good Property

Overall, this is a good place to stay and we enjoyed our time. This is probably the cleanest VRBO I've stayed in. Thanks to the manager for that! House was well setup and comfortable. The only detraction is the house backs up to Hwy 191 and the traffic noise if very noticeable. Big trucks would even rattle the art on the walls from time-to-time. Be aware of this if you're a light sleeper.
