Terrific
Great place to stay in Moab area. It's not right in heart of town so it's quieter. This is the second time we have stayed in this complex. Communication with Patrick (owner) was great. He immediately addressed an issue with the electronic lock on the front door so there were never any worries. Thanks again to the owners for offering this wonderful home, in which to stay.

Awesome experience!!
The property was great and exactly as described. We had 2 couples staying for a weekend side by side trip. Host was awesome and very responsive. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Arches and Canyonland visit
We had a great stay at Patrick’s place. He was very responsive when we arrived and there had been a power outage and the ac wasn’t working. He had someone there within 15 minutes. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and it was perfect for our group of 9.

Nice property; too many fees.
The property was clean and spacious enough for my family of five. The location is good as it is close to town and far enough away from downtown traffic. I wasn’t pleased to be forced to opt in to a $60 mandatory insurance scheme on top of all the cleaning and service fees. They really should get with the program and drop that requirement for customer to be forced to purchase. We are already hit with way too many extra fees. Be prepared to spend an extra $500 in taxes and add on fees outside the base price. They also list fees if you don’t strip the beds and follow all of their checkout instructions. Then they have the nerve to leave an envelope to leave the cleaning company a tip. I stay at vacation rentals often but Holy cow.
