You’ll find everything you need and more in SunDestin Unit 1705. This lovely one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodates up to six with marked comfort. You’ll find plenty of seating in the open-concept living/dining space. Lounge in the living room and catch a movie on the flat-screen TV or gather around the dining table for a board game or puzzle. The kitchen is stocked full with everything you might need to prepare snacks and meals, and the balcony is the perfect spot for catching sunsets at days end. Exactly as listed

The property is older but you can tell it’s being updated. The property was clean and the entire environment was very good everyone was extremely friendly. The bathrooms were always clean and the entire stay was comfortable. We were very happy with the location. Can’t wait to come back.

Is what great being right on the beach but plumbing noises was not

The stay was nice but the noise from the other rooms with plumbing in the walls is kinda loud

Excellent view of beach and ocean, but….

There was an excellent view of the beach and ocean, but I have to say that the hot water only lasted a few minutes. The listing says sleeps 6 but there was not enough hot water for one person to take a shower let alone 6. Furthermore, the master bedroom king mattress was very uncomfortable.

Incredible Vacation Spot

The condo was clean and beautiful with an INCREDIBLE VIEW. Im not over-stating when I say the view is nothing short of stunning. This property was perfect for my vacation with my wife, and the condo even has a convenience store with a restraunt. This spot is a gem and somewhere we will be coming back to whenever we can!
