Enjoy the sun at this beautiful south facing home which features an oversized s pool/spa with awesome rear views of the pond and conservancy. The home has been created with indoor/outside living in mind with an easy open plan design and double height ceilings. The light and space instantly allows you to shift into holiday gear and it has all the amenities that you want!Mi Casa Bella's open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are designed with entertainment in mind. The large LED TV in the living area is perfect for sports and with a cable hookup you can continue to watch all the TV series you want from back home. A games room with a pool table and air hockey will ensure that the family has hours of fun while the themed kid's bedrooms are a neat touch if you are visiting the parks. The home is conveniently located just steps away from the clubhouse with a small playground and a large volley ball court.

The home offers two en suite king master beds situated on the one side of the house while the queen en suite and kids room is on the other side for privacy. All have comfy mattresses for a great night's sleep. The adult rooms have fans and there is central AC throughout the home. The wifi is super quick with over 100mbps download and 11mbps upload speeds.

The home has parking for two cars in the driveway and ample overflow parking a few steps away at the clubhouse. A washer and dryer is located in the villa. PLEASE NOTE Pool/spa heat are optional extras. Pool heat is charged at $35 per night for stays under a week and $30 per night for stays over a week. Pool heat if requested is only available for the duration of your stay and needs to be paid for upfront (before your stay)

A Nema 14-50 outlet is available for EV charging.

Disney Vacation

We were in awe when we first arrived. The home was so clean and spacious. My fiancé fell in love with the kitchen. The view of the lake, especially in the morning was stunning. The pool was larger than any in the area. I can’t say enough about this property. Not one complaint.

We had the most wonderful stay at Mi Casa Bella on our recent vacation to Disney World in November 2021. We had 9 people total in our party - 2 nearing retirement age, 4 in their 30s, and 3 kids (ages 11, 6 and 2). The house was much more spacious than the pictures convey, and each of our families had their own spaces (rooms, bathrooms and walk-in closets) in different corners of the house. The house was very clean, the beds and sofa were comfortable and there was plenty of seating between the sofas, formal dining table and the smaller dining table in the kitchen. The house had great amenities, including a laundry room with washer and dryer; a computer room with a desk, TV and lots of board games; bath towels and pool towels; lots of pool floats/noodles; a small pool table in the garage; and thoughtful extras like a cooler, a stroller, and a pack and play. Although we didn't cook a lot, the kitchen was fully-stocked with cooking and eating utensils, cookware, bakeware and small appliances like a coffee maker, Keurig machine, and an instant pot. We paid for pool heat which worked very well, and had the best time relaxing in the pool and spa after each park day and all day on our break days. The location itself was just a 25-30 minute drive to each of the Disney parks and Disney Springs, and about a 40 minute drive to Universal. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay for a larger group.
