An interior spiral staircase takes you to the upper bedroom level, which includes, two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a third guest bedroom, along with a third full bath, which is located off the common hallway.

Location: Tradewinds of Hart Bay overlooks Hart Bay on the Bovocoap Peninsula, a body of land that juts south into the Caribbean to separate Hart Bay from the harbor at Chocolate Hole. Tradewinds of Hart Bay was built atop the ridge line that runs down the peninsula, so it is blessed with a lovely 260 degree view, including magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The beautiful view sweeps from the mountains in the north to the southwest, including the entire south coast of St John, much of which is unspoiled National Park, plus the islands of Capella, Dog and the St. James floating on the Caribbean Sea in the southwest. This setting is tranquil and you will come to love listening to the music of small waves breaking on Hart Beach below you. This is a villa for sun lovers with sun on your decks from early morning to sunset. It’s about a 2 mile drive into the restaurants, shopping and nightlife in Cruz Bay.

Living & Dining Room: The living and dining rooms are ringed by numerous 8' screened sliding glass doors that create a bright, cheerful interior and provide cooling breezes via the constant trade winds. The new living and dining room furniture was purchased to offer comfort as well as to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that will envelop you the minute you enter the front door. From the terra cotta tiled floors, ceiling fans, recessed ceiling lights, potted plants, and Caribbean artwork, a lot of thought was given to make you feel welcomed, as the owners want you to feel, this is your home away from home. A flat screen cable TV and WiFi are available for your electronic entertainment. For your dining pleasure, enjoy a home cooked meal together at your interior dining table, which seats 6 -8. If you prefer being outside, enjoy dining at your outside table, which has chairs for two and two bench style seats. For your morning cup of coffee or a quick breakfast, pull up a stool at the kitchen bar that separates the kitchen from the dining area.

Kitchen: The newly renovated kitchen, includes white cabinetry, granite countertops with tiled backsplash and a bar area with four bar stools, which separates the kitchen from the dining area. The stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and a complete assortment of cookware, server ware, dinnerware and utensils.

Bedrooms: The four air-conditioned bedrooms all include screened sliding glass doors that open on to the covered, wrap around decks and all enjoy fabulous ocean views. On the upper level, the two master bedrooms, Lovango Cay Suite & Waterlemon Cay Suite, each include a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with tiled showers. The upper level guest bedroom, Francis Bay Suite, includes two twins beds that can be converted to a king, and the main floor guest bedroom, Hawksnest Suite includes a queen bed. The two guest bedrooms, share the upper level full bathroom located off the common hallway. All are inviting and beautifully decorated.
