The expansive main floor offers an open sitting, dining and entertainment space, complete with a billiards table and a built-in media center. The epicureans in your group will adore the chef's kitchen, boasting quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tons of prep space.
The backyard has recently gone through a complete remodel, including brand new gazebo and seating area, refinished pool and pool decking, poolside grill, and updated outdoor games. Allowing you and your guests to enjoy all the sunshine Arizona has to offer!
A plethora of local attractions are within a 5-10 minute drive. Visit Old Town Scottsdale for dining, boutiques, art galleries and nightlife, explore the bars and restaurants around the Entertainment District, or spend the day indulging in some retail therapy at Fifth Avenue Shopping District.
The chef’s kitchen offers a dream space for cooking and socializing. Quartz countertops gleam beside a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Serve meals at the breakfast nook or at the dining table, seating for up to ten.
After dinner, rack up the billiards table in the game area - complete with a dartboard, bar area, and 55 inch wall-mounted TV.
The living area is beautifully appointed with contemporary artwork and furnishings. A built-in media center with 65 inch wall-mounted TV and a huge sectional couch provide for awesome movie nights.
On warm days, cool off with in your large private heated pool. Cushioned wicker chairs surround an outdoor dining table, and a pair of poolside loungers are ideal for sunny-day lazing. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy a festive BBQ dinner. Pool heating is available to guests at $50 per night.
The top-floor master bedroom features a plush king bed, and 50” wall-mounted TV. An en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
