Amazing upstairs unit of duplex purchased in February 2021. We completely renovated the whole property (roof, AC, all new kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring and paint, new furniture and appliances, etc..) This unit has the best cross breezes and an ocean view from the living room and balcony. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, high ceilings and has a great layout. The master is slightly separated from the back 2 bedrooms and all bedrooms are far enough from the living room that noise should not be an issue for early sleepers.

This is such an amazing location on 28th Street, 5 houses from the sand and walking distance to everything including the Newport Pier, shops and restaurants. Park your car in the garage for your stay and walk the boardwalk to shop, people watch or eat.

The balcony has a propane bbq (we provide propane). We have brand new Air Conditioning (don't be fooled you do need it in Newport)! The house is just steps to the sand and a short walk to the Newport Pier. We provide boogie boards, surf boards, wet suits, beach towels, sand toys, wagons, coolers, pop up tents and umbrellas, basically everything you need for the beach.

The master bedroom is large and has attached bathroom, large closet and dresser. The queen bedroom is also large and has a nice built in closet for hanging and drawers. The third room has a queen bed and two twin bunks (no closet but we do have a shelving unit and some hanging). All bedrooms have a wall mounted SmarTV and full cable channels.

If you haven't visited Newport Beach and the Peninsula before it is a lot of fun. It's very laid back here. Just bring your bathing suit and some flip flops. You can rent paddleboards, duffy boats, take sunset cruises, whale watch and so much more. Disneyland is only 20 minutes away, Legoland is 1 hour away, and Los Angeles is 1 hour away. Balboa Island, Lido Island should not be missed during your stay. And from here you can get to so many other amazing beaches including Laguna Beach, Monarch Beach, Corona Del Mar, Huntington Beach and more!

Please do NOT make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. We check in all of our guests, we have noise alert equipment and Ring Cameras. There are no visitors permitted to come to the house only the guests included on the reservation without prior permission.

Families please note that this is an upstairs unit and noise does transfer through the floors. If it will be hard to keep kids from running, jumping, and being noisy, please consider renting a downstairs unit.

Host will not issue a refund after stated cancellation due dates for Covid or any other issues. Consider travel insurance (insuremytrip.com)
