Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable Ocean Front

I liked that this unit had a new sofa and chair as well as an efficiency style bedroom set up so you could see the ocean from wherever you were at. Very comfortable and Vacasa does a good job of keeping it clean. Bed was comfortable as well.

Clean, Great Ocean View, Great Beach

The parking garage is terrifying, not nearly wide enough to get around opposing vehicles. Did not realize the beds were only full size, not good for 2 adults. The bathroom fan did not work. The closet that did not have equipment in it had a safe in it with the safe door open, unable to close, hard to use the closet. There needs to be a light over the "dining room table". The beach was not overcrowded. The pools certainly were, but it is a family resort so that is to be expected. Could not use the Lazy River as children were allowed to swim in it and push eachother in the tubes so adults had no chance of using it. Overall, nice stay!
