Welcome to the Americana Condos 10th street, One of Ocean City Maryland’s condo rentals,

located downtown at 107 10th street, just a minute away from the famous ocean city boardwalk.
The Americana Condos has a private parking lot and is a secure building, with key-card entry and video monitoring. The ground level area is for used for parking. We have and indoor pool on the second floor and a sun deck on the third floor facing the ocean side whilst the condos balconies are facing the bay with its beautiful sunsets.
Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors all areas of the condo. The kitchen features full granite counter tops and a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit includes a full-size washer and dryer and central air and heat. The building does not allow smoking or pets.
The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and coffee table facing a 42'’ high-definition LCD TV.
Picture your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean city bay side. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down. Now your vacation begins!

The master bed room features 2 queen sized bed, a private entrance to the balcony, walk in closet, master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub,
The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a nice sized closet, and a second full bathroom right next door.

The 3rd bedroom has either a full bed with a bunk on top+ a trundle bed or 2 bunk beds(ask our staff about either)
The condo also offers free WIFI a full set of linens and towels and a laundry room.

We enjoyed staying at this place and it was a perfect location close to the beach. It was clean and beddings are surely enough for everyone.Just few things can make it perfect 1) occupancy is for 14 people but the kitchen ja barely equipped for 4 people. 2) lack of even basic kitchen items like plates , bowls, glasses and even basic cooking dishes 3) i think the living room can add few more seating options. Its barely enough for 5 people to sit. 4) dinning table can be bigger. Again you are catering to 10 Or More people 5) more towels . Most vacation rentals provide that 6) atleast 3 parking passes. 7) the dishwasher was broken though they came and fixed it quickly 8) please provide a toaster

Six pots, no pans

The property was big and clean as advertised. Unfortunately the kitchen had few to no useable cookware or silverware. Also, linens and towels DOES NOT include wash clothes. Fortunately we had spit rags for our baby we used with our other kids. The master bed (king) had a horribly v-shaped mattress. The living room sectional was abysmal and the tva was tiny. All told, it was an okay rental. You get what you pay for, I guess. I would not being my family.back.here again.
