Hi, My name is Dahiana, I'm a Superhost on another rental platform :-) I love travelling and to me my vacation has to give me that homey comfortable vibe :-) That is why I decided to put my home up for those that have a wanderlust bug. This home was gutted out; a complete 360 and was made into this peaceful beautiful oasis home away from home. **House Rules: Please be respectful and treat this home as if it was your own; Please leave the home as close as possible as you found it! No damage to the house, no smearing on the walls. Thank you! We appreciate you! A full home inspection will be conducted after your stay so please NO missing items as we have worked hard to make this place as cozy as possible for your stay. Thank you :-) Please let me know if you break anything in the home so that we can discuss the matter. If the home is left in really poor condition; I will charge extra for the cleaning fee up to $250 dollars. There is NO Liability Insurance. NO damage to the house. We would advise guest to take out their own insurance as we accept no liability for accidents in or around the property. Must be 21 & older to rent property; no exceptions! Close the doors and windows during and after your stay! Please make sure you take out the trash before you leave and leave the trash bins outside on the curb. You will find the bins outside right by the white fence. For each missing towel fee: $10 each No smoking inside the home at all times! This includes vapes, hookah's etc... there will be a $250 smoking cleaning fee if smoke is detected in the home. Strip all the beds before you leave and gather all dirty linens & towels and leave in the hampers located in each room. Please take all your belongings with you and throw away any items you leave in the fridge before you leave especially perishable items. Absolutely NO Dogs/ Pets are allowed! No pets are to visit even if you have family/friends in the area who want to visit you and have pets.

Close to many hospitals including hospitals that specialize in cancer and children. About 2-3mins from USF and close to downtown Tampa. Close to many restaurants as well as minutes from Bush gardens. Very family friendly home :-) & quiet neighborhood.
