Plan your extended stay in this sweet, newly renovated home in a rural setting with plenty of privacy & space. Enjoy being in the country but also within 5 minutes of shopping and I-40. It's 8 miles to downtown Nashville/ historic attractions: The Grand Ole Opry House, Hard Rock Cafe' The Hermitage and more.
The rear living area steps out to the deck. There's a large kitchen with everything needed for cooking and includes small appliances.

It's 1 mile to Percy Priest Lake, boat ramp, "beach" and rec area. We will be happy to provide assistance in jet ski or boat rentals in the summertime. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen from Cooks Landing just down the road. The canvas photos you see throughout the home were taken by your host at "Our lake". Ask us about hiking at the end of the street where we view the sunsets and we'll take you there or show you the way.

Updates: The photo shows the primary bedroom with a Queen bed. We've upgraded that room to a King bed. Our first guests requested that (we agreed) and ended up staying for over 2 years. The 3rd bedrm has a twin trundle bed/sleeps two, a desk & chair. The front living room has a gorgeous sectional sofa and wall mounted smart TV. There is a door between the two living areas.. The dining room table can expand to seat 8.

This property is a 30 day minimum rental. Therefore; we have to book consecutively. We frequently get people who stay for several months so we don't take bookings in advance of 3 weeks after the next available date. This is so we don't risk a vacancy for a month or more. Thank you.
