This beautiful home offers a spacious layout with 1500 sq ft.

This beachfront home is packed with amenities, equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable TV, a washer and dryer and gas grill.

First Floor:
Your vacation starts from the moment you walk in the front door - all you will see is the ocean views!

The first floor of this beachfront home has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The dining area accommodates 6 guests and countertop seating for 3 additional that is perfect for enjoying your home-cooked meals.

The living area features a comfortable Sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV and access to the beachfront deck.

Primary bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite bathroom located on the first level.

There is an additional full bathroom as well.

Second Floor:
The second floor features two bedrooms and a half bath.

The second bedroom features a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom features 2 Twin beds.

Gulf Shores House accommodates a total of 8 guests total.

Lovely restful house on beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful little cottage clean well kept nicely decorated A super cool beach vibe with a million dollar view. My wife and two kids certainly enjoyed our time over spring break. We Took our bikes and discovered the key from Clearwater Beach all the way down to treasure Island very bike friendly The restaurants are all very good places to eat close by house. We will certainly consider staying here again as we all loved the accommodations.

Perfect beach cottage

Wonderful place to stay right on the beach. Beach cottages are becoming more harder to find. We had a great time and Beach Time Rentals were fantastic to work with. We can’t wait to go back.

Great beach cottage.

Great beach cottage. Nothing over-the-top about the house BUT right on the beach, with a very good view of the Gulf from the front porch. That is why we came to Florida …the beach, so a complete success of a trip.

Great getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place for our family vacation. 5 adults and two littles. The house had everything we needed. Thankful for all the beach towels and assorted beach toys, even two umbrellas. Initially, I was concerned about the public walkway to the beach being next door but it wasn’t an issue and it was not overly busy. There was a motion light on the wonderful porch that made sitting outside in the evening unpleasant as it came off and on repeatedly. Regardless if you moved or not. Unfortunately, there is a structure being built directly behind this house and workers started very early in the morning which was not conducive to sleep. The close proximity to the water made spending the day on the beach an easy and relaxing time.
