This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is within close proximity to the University of Illinois, State Farm Center, Memorial Stadium, Downtown Urbana, and Campustown. Sleeping 8, with 3 Full beds, and 1 pull-out sofa. This home was completely renovated in 2019. The property includes new appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven/range, microwave, and toaster. One bathroom offers a stand up shower, while the other offers a tub/shower combo. There are laundry facilities available in the basement.

The base rate is based off of 2 person occupancy. There is an additional fee of $50/person/night for any additional guests. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE GUEST COUNT OF YOUR RESERVATION IS ACCURATE. The number of occupants at any time is limited to the guest count listed on the reservation. If additional undisclosed guests are discovered at the property, there will be a $250/guest/night fee.

I will be available in person by phone/text/e-mail leading up to, during, and after your stay. If I am unavailable in person, I will have someone available if needed. This property is 3 blocks from downtown Urbana, the Lincoln Square Mall and Farmers Market, Common Ground Food Co-op, a dozen downtown bars and eateries, and 5 blocks from the University of Illinois campus. The cottage is located 1 block from public transportation, Champaign-Urbana MTD bus service, uber/lyft are also available. There is 1 off-street parking spot available to guests. Perfect home-away-from-home

GREAT Location

Overall super! The cttage is clean and sufficient. The location is excellent. I love the classic Urbana neighborhood and very close to campus. Also great for my dog. The back yard is fenced in.

Clean updated interior

Interior was clean and updated. Front porch is nice to have. Plenty of amenities provided. Nice neighborhood. Back yard needs some attention to make more appealing. Only room for one car in shared driveway.

Great location

Comfy home with great amenities, kitchen stocked to cook if you wanted. Loved the screened in porch & fenced in backyard. Beds are firm and comfortable. Den tv internet was disconnected & PJ sent a great guy out to reconnect after I troubleshooted.
