- A well proportioned living room with seating for up to four people. TV and Wifi available. Access through the french doors to a private patio area with barbecue at the rear of the property.
- Modern and well equipped kitchen/diner. Facilities include a cooker/hob, dish washer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
- Double bedroom with sufficient space to include an additional single bed or travel cot (available on request).
- Twin room with clothes rails and large set of drawers.
- Bright and sunny bathroom with a shower, bath, wash basin and toilet
- Large landing area with workspace

Other facilities:

- Separate laundry facilities (washing machine only) are available for guests in the basement of the main house, accessible between the hours of 10am and 8pm
- Also within the laundry room are stored outdoor cushions, games and books which are provided for the use of all guests.
- There are communal areas to the front of the property that include a boules court, table tennis and various tables and chairs for the use of all guests.
- In the wider garden there is a large grassed area for ball games, shady trees and a paddling stream.
- Secure storage for bikes is available on request.
- On-site parking spaces for guests.
