Located in the heart of Lubbock, Texas just 12 minutes from Tech Tech University. This new construction 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath townhome is specifically decorated for the The Red Raider fan in mind. It has an open & airy floorplan that is ideal for small and large groups alike. Its perfect for football & basketball games as well as graduation weekends.

This home features an outdoor oasis with a covered patio that offers comfy outdoor furnishings to seat 8 people, hibachi gas grill, plenty of shade and a hedgewall for your privacy. The backyard is large, fenced-in and offers magnificient views of the Texas sunsets.

The Master Bedroom is situated at the rear of the home, separate from the other 2 bedrooms and features a 55" wall mounted TV, king size bed, double vanity sinks and marble walk-in shower in the Master Bathroom.

The Living Room has a leather lounge couch and massage chair. The 65" wall mounted TV features high-speed Wifi, access to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and more.

The Kitchen features a Samsung Family Hub Refrigerator, Amazon Alexa, Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, Microwave Oven, Stove and Dishwasher. It is fully stocked with cookware, silverware and dishes for your use.

The Laundry Room is located right off the garage entryway and has a brand new Samsung digital washer and dryer.

The Dining Room offers a marble dining table and leather high back chairs that seats 6 people comfortably.

The Silver Room is well designed and deocrated with positive, pink affirmations to inspire our guests. This room offers a work area space, full length mirror and daybed that has 2 trundle memory foam twin size beds.

The Red Raider Bedroom features vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, a 55" wall mounted TV and queen size bed. It is very spacious and has new linens and pillows perfect for your stay.

There is nothing more important to us at Modern Luxury than the health, safety and experience of our guests and staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols by disinfecting all surfaces between reservations. Both bathrooms are fully cleaned, sanitized and stocked with hotel quality linens and toiletries.

Please be aware that no parties are allowed at this property. This is a smoke-free & pet-free property. Violation of the no-party, no-smoking and no-pet policy will result in damage liability up to $2,500.

As advertised.

The place was very nice and super comfortable. Felt like being at home except if you plan on doing any cooking the kitchen is not stocked very well. But is still super nice!!!

Great graduation Weekend

Rented the ranch for my family during my graduation and we had a great time! The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Bathrooms and rooms are spacious with good quality furniture. Outside deck is very cool and a fun place to hangout. We did not have enough toilet paper so that was an odd issue to have. Also the place is new so hard to find via navigation or for ubers etc. but that’s nobody’s fault! Other than those things we had a wonderful time and appreciated the chance to all stay together with plenty of space.

Nice clean and comfortable home.

The home was very comfortable, close to everything we needed during our stay, about 10 or so minutes from Texas Tech, easy to access and clean. It was spacious for our group, comfortable beds and had all the necessities covered. Only complaint I would have is the glade plug-ins were pretty overwhelming, but only if you are sensitive to smells would that bother you. Other than that, our stay was great!
