About this property

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sits on a 2 acre private lot with beautiful mountain views. Perfect for a trip with the whole family, theres a large mud room to store ski or sand toys. The living room is filled with views of the mountains. The kitchen & dinning room are newly renovated and fully equipped for making home-cooked meals to enjoy with the whole family. Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen size beds and a large bunk room that boasts full-over-twin bunk beds and a twin day bed with trundle. The bunk room also has a hangout space with a Smart TV, couch, and beanbag for movie watching and lounging! If you’re staying with us in the colder months, come in and take the chill off by the cozy pellet stove!

A gas grill is available for use as well as a large fire pit.

Access to snowmobiling/ATV trail systems within 1/2 mile. We do NOT have direct access to trails from our property and you cannot ride your snowmobile or ATV down the road to get to the trail access. X-country skiing trails, hiking, biking, swimming and boating all nearby!

-25 minutes to Black Mountain
-30 minutes to Mt. Abram

-15 minutes to Ellis Pond
-10 minutes to boat ramps/public access areas for the Androscoggin River

Mills market is 5 minutes down the road in Andover for any essentials..or an awesome slice of pizza or homemade cinnamon rolls!

Rumford is a 20 minute drive and has anything you might need: Hannaford’s, Walmart, Restaurants, and much more!

Loved it!

Love the location. The home is beautiful with plenty of space. Brought lawn games to play and cooked dinner with friends. Had a great night sleep. The only comment I would make is that the house does get hot event with the thermostat turned all the way down. Will definitely consider staying here again.
