If you're coming inside with sandy (or snowy!) shoes, just leave them on the floor and head straight into the bathroom set up with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The condo is all one level, making it easier for folks who have trouble with stairs. Guests of this condo will also be able to enjoy multiple shared amenities. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property grounds are very nice

The property grounds are very nice. A few 5 minute drive to Drake’s Island. The unit needs to be updated and refreshed.

Poorly stocked unit

No toilet paper, no maid service, minimal bedding, minimal kitchenware. Property manager did not have spare key so we were locked out of our room for an hour. Definitely wouldn’t stsy here again. Owner clearly doesn’t care about their renters’ experience.
