This beautiful modern farmhouse style home features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath with custom handcrafted furniture on all levels and Once you enter this beautiful luxury home, either through the 2-car garage or through the gated front door, you will find a stylish custom-made oak and rod iron four-story staircase. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a full size bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. You can take the private elevator or the stairs that will take you to the second and third floor. In the second floor, you will find the main living quarters featuring 15 ft high ceilings. A dining room with capacity for 6 people and chef's dream open kitchen along with a lounge area where you can enjoy cooking while watching your favorite shows or enjoying time with your family. On the third level, you will find the sleeping arrangements with two bedrooms. The main bedroom equipped with a breathtaking bathroom with 21 ft ceilings, with a 5' by 12' shower. Along with the bathroom, you will find a walk in closet with center island and plenty of space for your belongings. Guests will have access to the entire home, the driveway has space for 2 cars and there is plenty of parking nearby.

This home is on a very centric and close to everything location. It is 0.5 miles from Panthers Stadium, 0.7 miles away from Knights Ballpark, 0.5 Romare miles away from Bearden Park and 0.01 miles from Carson Street Light Rail. You can also take a fun ride on the many rentable scooters and electric bikes available all through Charlotte.
1. Once booking has been approved, you will receive a url link that will take you to our digital Vacation Rental Agreement. This agreement must be filled and signed within 24 hours of booking approval, otherwise booking will be canceled.
2. No parties of any kind are permitted and will result in cancellation without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and kindly keep any music and conversation to a lower level during quiet hours.
4. There shall not be smoking of any kind inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied from anywhere to $400 to $600, and if you have a deposit in place, you will not receive your security deposit back.
5. There are surveillance cameras in the front and back of the home. Please do not block the view as it is for your security. There are no cameras inside the home.
6. No pets without written communicated approval. No pets over 40lbs are allowed. Pet fee is $40 per night per pet with a $100 non-refundable deposit per pet per booking.
7. Extra guests are $25/guest after 6 guests. If you have any undeclared guest, there'll be an additional charge of $100 per day booked per undeclared guest.
8. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not allowed unless scheduled and paid for in advance. Fees for early check-in and late check-out are $20 per hour. Unscheduled late check-out is $30 per 15 minutes since that impacts our cleaning schedule and start time. If late check-out is available for your stay, we might be able to extend your stay as late as 12:00 pm. If you have an early flight, please let us know that so we can schedule cleaning services correctly.
9. There will be a request of a 100% refundable deposit of $800 for guest that have (3) or fewer reviews on their profile. This refundable deposit must be approved no longer than 24 hrs after booking has been approved, otherwise we will have to cancel the reservation.
10. We require you disclose names and ages of all guests staying in the unit at time of booking.
11. If the place is extra dirty, beyond what a courteous guest would leave the home, there's an extra $140 fee, to cover extra costs for cleaning. That includes if the walls are dirty, if the floor is stained etc. No glitter or confetti allowed.
12. You must have a valid working phone number before you book. If we try to contact you before check-in, and we cannot reach you, we're allowed to cancel the reservation without granting any refund.
13. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property and you notify us about it, you're authorizing us to get into the property to fix the issue, to solve the problem, or to repair the home or clean it to the standards that you require. We don't need extra authorization to enter the property if there's something you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy.
14. Please respect our home. Some of the items were handmade throughout the house with much time and effort put into them.
15. No crypto miners are allowed at the property.
16. Booking will not be approved to locals.
17. The individual booking the reservation must be over the age of 25 years old, if age is not met, we will charge an additional $300 refundable deposit, which would be refunded once check out. We reserve the right to check government-issued IDs at the time of check-in if needed.
