The space
Furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher. Stylish dining and living rooms with a working fire place and an extra pull out sofa sleeper. Brand new washer/dryer in unit. Wi-Fi, Roku TV. It has private entrance, easy street parking and great access to public transit. This apartment is a dedicated rental so no owner's clutter or half eaten box of Cheerios laying around.

Great Bungalow

I really enjoyed staying here. The location was great, as I could walk everywhere. The unit had everything I could need, plus more. Parking was easy and the location was quiet. I was lucky enough to meet Katy. She truly cares about her guests. I will definitely stay again when I am in the area.

Charming small home in quiet neighborhood

This cosy home was just right for me while visiting friends in the area. Seating was comfortable and sufficient for hosting my visitors. The house book was helpful.

Home just as advertised

Katy was the best host, so friendly, helpful and genuine. The home was just as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet, close to everything and the neighbors were more than friendly. Would highly recommend and will rent again. Thank you Katy for sharing your property!

Nice place. No assistance from owner with major issue.

The combination lock did not work properly the second day I was there nor there-after. I called the number the host (Katey) had given me for emergencies and got a rental management company. The host did not connect with me regarding what I should do. The rental management company was unhelpful. They said she was “out of town.” I then called a locksmith who helped me get in. He told me the directions the host gave me originally, were wrong. This still happened every time I came and went. VERY offsetting to not have the host demonstrate any concern or provide any guidance or help. The place itself was darling. Just like the pictures. About a mile walk to most places including the bay. I would stay there again but for the fact that I was alone and unable to come and go from the house without knowing if I would be able to get back in and the offsetting non-concern by this host re my anxiety regarding the poorly working combination lock.

Amazing in everyway

First the location. Quiet, walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and beautiful views. Quick ferry or bus to San Fransisco.. The home is welcoming, comfortables, and has everything you need to relax, cook, and enjoy your visit. Nicely equipped kitchen, dining room with great windows, comfortable bedroom, large bathroom and comfy living room. Most nights we slept with the window opened, but if it gets too hot, there is ac. The internet is great. Wonderfully hot water, dish washer, microwave, TV with roku, plenty of parking, immaculately clean and equipped for cooking. Katy is a wonderful host. She has fascinating stories and welcoming personality. We loved getting to know her and the area. Alameda is a wonderful town to explore and this is the perfect place to explore the bay area.
