Originally the home of one of the oldest Spanish families in Santa Fe, the home was extensively renovated recently. This lovely casita is ideal for a single person or a couple to enjoy an authentic Santa Fe experience and a lovely home. The 500 sqft space includes a large master bedroom with a king size bed, two large closets and plenty of desk space for office or creative work. Open concept living room and kitchen provide dining space for four and lounge space for up to seven people, comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with a range oven, smoothie blender, microwave oven and electric toaster. The bathroom has a large shower, a good size closet and a washer/dryer. The outdoor courtyard is a true oasis with beautiful trees, flowering plants, birds, an outdoor grill and a lounging area with a special meditation chair built into the the shading branches of a gorgeous queen of paradise tree.
