We provide you with shower gel, hair shampoo, and conditioner so you don’t have to add them to your luggage.

Johnson City sits at the entrances of the famous 290 Wine Trail in the heart if Hill Country central Texas. This small town offers a number of shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries making it a perfect spot for a get away. Our house is one block from the Down Town square, making it a very easy, pleasant walk to the entire town.

Our location makes everything in Johnson city walkable. We also recommend several winery tours that offer rides around the wineries.

To control to AC- before the garage hallway is a nest thermostat. To lower the temperature, slide your right finger down the right side towards the bottom (not on the screen). To raise the temperature, slide your finger up the right side towards the top.
If you need to change the mode to heat, then tap the right side so the menu pops up, slowly slide finger down the right side again until mode is selected, tap the right side to select, scroll up or down to heat or cool then tap the right side to select.

Note: the payment service fee is non-refundable for cancellations made by guests.
