Located on the narrowest part of Santa Rosa Island, you can step out the back door to a lush green yard with three docks which are perfect for docking your boat, swimming, crab hunting, and fishing or walk across the street to the beach with sugar-white sands and sparkling water and waves. Family Vacation

The property is very well maintained and great for a family vacation. The owner John was very attentive and responded promptly when we had an issue with the wifi. Our 2 grandsons enjoyed catching crabs in the Bay. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

Exactly as described. Paddle boarded in the bay for hours. Will definitely be back.

Clean with a View

Enjoyed the stay. 3 story to master but it was worth the trip. Spectacular views of the bay. The boat slip was a plus for our boat activities. It was spacious, clean with all the amenities and comfort of home.
