About the property

Bedrooms 2, Bathrooms 2, Sleeps 6

Are you looking for a vacation rental that will help make your Seattle trip remarkable? Would you like to walk to Pike Place Market for fresh fish and produce, the Space Needle to enjoy the amazing views, AND the waterfront to ride the Great Wheel? Want to be in the heart of the city without bringing it home with you?

This beautiful and peaceful two bedroom, 1.75 bathroom condo is one of our quietest units, overlooking a lush, green interior courtyard in one of Seattle's premier Belltown addresses.

This property is proudly managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

The master bedroom features a ultra-comfortable queen size bed, oversized windows for ample natural light, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features plush twin sized beds that can be converted into a king sized bed, on advance request.

A premium tempur-pedic style sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room sleeps additional guests. For your convenience this condo features wireless high speed internet, local and domestic long distance phone, cable TV, and a washer and dryer. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment on those cool Northwest fall and winter evenings.

It is one of a rare few vacation properties in the Belltown neighborhood with two bathrooms, so don't let this one get away! Perfect for family vacations, business associates or a girlfriends weekend away.

Building features include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and exercise facilities, as well as a rooftop deck with gas BBQs and 180-degree views of Puget Sound. Step out your door to various restaurants, a locally famous bakery and cafe or small grocer on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 8 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. The building is also 4 blocks to the waterfront and 5 blocks to the new Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park. Make your vacation one to remember, stay at the Belltown Court!

There is a brand new 40” flat screen TV in the Living Room; and an additional television in the 2nd bedroom.

Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Beautiful Condo, Excellent LOCATION!

  • 4 of 5

The condo it self was well stocked. Everything you need to make a meal and more. The complex itself Is NICE!!! Pool area and view areas are nice too.

Since the building is secure, its hard to get in and out. There are keys to get in and out. The parking is perfect since its hard to park in this area

The only downsides::

only one vehicle is allowed to park for the condo use, which makes no sense because the condo is able to hold 6 people. We had to pay for parking all weekend for our last guest who came in at 1am in the morning for the ENTIRE WEEKEND.

I asked if I could pay more for the other car to park in garage, nothing was able to be done to park the car in the secured garage. It was not ideal, the street parking is only for 4 hrs at a time. The nearest parking garage is 4 blocks away that was even affordable for the weekend.

Master bedroom had some trash when we got there next to the bed...We left it. Other than that the condo was super super clean!

We would use the condo again on our next trip to Seattle

Great Location

  • 4 of 5

We were in Seattle to haul/drive our county's float in the Seafair Torchlight parade, along with our daughter and her best friend who were princesses on the float. This location was perfect because we were minutes away from Terminal 5, where the float was stored, and so close to Seattle Center where the parade began. Had my birthday dinner at the local restaurant Sarajevo which was right across the street from the condo. This is our third time staying at this location and I would do it again if I ever need a place to stay in Seattle.

Convenient location downtown Seattle.

  • 5 of 5

Safe location close to all in Downtown Seattle. Very comfortable two bedroom for family of four. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Walked everywhere but garage underground if needed. Sunny deck for relaxing afternoon. Air conditioning and plenty of fans for the warmer summer months. Would definitely stay there again. ** Only one suggestion to owner - remove the pillow top mattress cover on master bedroom bed. Makes the bed too soft. Everything else was wonderful !!!

Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

Really enjoyed our short stay here. The condo was perfect for our 6 adults by utilizing the pull out couch. The condo had all the amenities you can imagine and we were even able to do a quick load of laundry before heading out. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything was within walking distance with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Will stay here again the next time we are in Seattle.

Great location with no hidden surprises and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay in this condo before our cruise to Alaska. We were traveling with three adult children, so having an extra bathroom and twin beds in the second bedroom was a must for us but very hard to find. The unit was very clean and well maintained as is the building's public areas and courtyard. Great location and easy walking distance to many area attractions. We got the Seattle City Pass and it was a great value as well.
