Quiet and spacious poolside cottage, detached, on private property with its own bathroom, kitchenette, access, washer/dryer. Saltwater pool and spa, large shared yard (owner lives on site in main house) Fireplace, wi-fi, king size bed, large space. Brand new Beautyrest Silver mattress, sheets, towels, etc. Pool is heated from April through November. It can be heated for your stay by request for an extra fee.

Wonderful

Don't hesitate to book a stay here. The neighborhood is lovely, upscale and very safe. There is always parking out front. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. Excited to return soon and try the pool in warmer weather.

Perfect!

Absolutely the BEST short stay place I've rented since traveling regularly to LA twice a year since 2018. Super quiet, super safe, charming, private, comfortable, in a word: PERFECT. Steven thinks of every detail and I felt pampered and well cared for. It's my #1 go to place now (shhhh! Don't tell anyone! Oops, too late!). Thank you, Steven, for providing such a lovely spot in the foothills of Glendale. I'll be back!

PERFECT….

Very clean, comfortable, cozy little cottage retreat for 2…Wonderful home and neighborhood—felt completely safe for walking. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Well worth the $$...

I was born, raised, and STILL live in Glendale, CA at 53 years old. My dream is to live somewhere else before I die. I vacation in exotic locations like Burbank and Pasadena, just to get away from it all. Seriously, I'm a nice guy, engineer and civil servant, who wants to make a little extra $ hosting and meeting some neat people from places elsewhere. It's a great neighborhood and a neat place that isn't close- but isn't far- from pretty much anywhere in LA. Photo coming!
