First room is the Master Bedroom and 1 full bath with tub (was once a Bonus Room). Bedroom one has pyramid bed with an additional twin bed sleeping (4 total). Bedroom two has a queen bed with an additional single bed sleeping (3 total), The 2nd Floor has four more bedrooms. Bedroom one on this level is a Master with king bed, private bath with custom tiled shower, granite vanity and a private covered deck. Bedroom two and Bedroom three both have queen beds. On the 2nd level, you will find a full bath in the hallway and the washer and dryer. The Bedroom on 3rd level has a King Master Suite with private bathroom. The 3rd floor opens to a GORGEOUS and spacious main area with living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, main deck. There is a ton of room for the whole family! Dining area has a full-sized table with seating for 8 plus another fold out table that also seats 8 (total table seating of 16), counter seating for 4. You can also dine on the covered deck which has a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is upgraded with granite counters, tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook for the family! Have a family member that needs to stay on one level? The backyard is fenced and features. In the backyard, you will also find a, gas grill, and outdoor shower.
Toys, shovel, bucket and some sand shapes, 2-3 boards, 10 bikes , all kinds of balls, bean toss, bocce, inside there are DVDs, game boards and a LEGO table, 10 beach tags (not guaranteed)
