The Space
This house was built in the mid-1950s, so it's aging but still has it's charm. The hardwood floors and stainless appliances make for a homey feel. If you're looking for a modern, brand new house, this won't be the right fit for you. If you're looking for a good location and something reasonably priced, this is the place for you!

The house has 3 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed. For additional sleeping, there is also a queen-size sofa bed. The house sleeps 6 comfortably and can hold up to 8. Keep in mind though, there is only 1 bathroom with a shower only.

You'll be booking this home primarily for it's awesome location. Just next to Music Row, down the street from Edgehill (find places like Old Glory and Barcelona Wine Bar), and across the street from Belmont University - this location can not be beat! Take a short Lyft ride and you'll be in Nashville's top neighborhoods in minutes - Honky Tonk Row, 12South, Hillsboro Village, Melrose, and so many more!

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property. While there is a narrow driveway for parking, we recommend parking on the street instead due to how narrow the driveway is! If you need additional parking there is parking behind the house in the alleyway.

The Neighborhood
This house is centrally located between Belmont, Vanderbilt, Music Row, and the famous Honky Tonk Row. A 5 to 10-minute drive in any direction and you will find yourself in the best of Nashville's neighborhoods. It's only a half-mile from Hillsboro Village where you will find the brunch spot favorite - The Pancake Pantry! Osa coffee, Bella Napoli Pizzeria, Barcelona Wine Bar, Old Glory, and Egghill breakfast are just a couple of blocks away. It is a 10-minute car ride to Green Hills, home of the Bluebird Cafe, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the upscale Green Hills Mall (Nordstrom, Burberry, Louis Vuitton.) Only 15-20 minute drive to Nashville international airport, depending on traffic.

Getting Around
ON FOOT
Walk 1 mile west and find yourself at Vanderbilt, south and you'll be in Belmont, and north you will be in the heart of Music Row. About 5 minutes away is Hillsboro Village, a great area to grab a cup of coffee or lunch.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. The closest bus route to the house is #2 or #93.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!

→ Rates – As you search for a place to stay in Nashville, whether a hotel or vacation rental, you'll notice that rates are steep. If you think our rates are overpriced, take a look around and you'll find our rates are well below any hotel up the street. Repeat guest? Ask about our returning guest discount.

→ The house - the house was built in the 1950s, it does not have all the latest bells & whistles of a new home. If you're looking for somewhere to stay that's a bit more modern, keep browsing.

→ Please also note before booking – this home is in a residential area. We do not tolerate any parties. If you exceed the occupancy of the home and throw a party you will be asked to leave immediately and there will be additional charges. Our quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

→ As soon as you step foot in Nashville, you'll notice that the skyline is peppered with cranes and other signs of booming construction. Because of the construction, at times there are limited sidewalks to use. Please be conscious of your surroundings exploring town.

→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 8 people. Central A/C and heat. The driveway is narrow. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

→ You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 10 am the day you check out.
