Perfectly appointed beach view condo on Hilton Head's prime beach. Just steps to the ocean and walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery and entertainment. Direct beach access on the property and walking distance to Hilton Head's new Celebration Park.

This villa features a new Queen mattress set that is very comfortable, new sleeper sofa in 2021and bunks for the kids. Best suited for a family of four. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Needed break

Although i was working, it was nice to look out from the couch & see the ocean. Short walk to the park for lunch made it convenient. Lots of restaurant & bar options even during the holiday with great people.

Awesome place

Very clean. Communication was great and quick to respond to any questions. Will stay there again when I return. Had view of ocean from my balcony just awesome to sit and drink coffee on .

We love Hilton head

Nice unit for two . Owner is great to work with. Only negative is the allowance of beach access on this property. People from across the street have beach access through this property. That causes the beach to be quite crowded .
