House was very nice and we loved our stay!

  • 5 of 5

Loved all the little things, like not having to buy paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Loved the game room and the way the kitchen and living room were set up so you could cook and entertain together. The house was very nice, as well as the views! Would love to come back again!

Spacious cabin home in the mountains

  • 4 of 5

We went to Granby for a friend's wedding and wanted more space than a hotel room (much better value). We were very pleased with the size of the home and enjoyed it quite a bit. It has a rustic cabin feel even though it is a large home with plenty of space. The kids loved the game room (although the pool table was not operational due to slanting) and were always happy to come back to the house to play. Even though this is easy to get to off the main road, it did feel far enough away to provide a beautiful relaxing view. Close enough to drive to Grand Lake, which we did a few times in addition to going to Lake Granby. It was real close to Granby Ranch for ski or golf, although we only went there for the wedding. The kitchen was a little dirty when we arrived as though the counters hadn't been properly washed down and there were ants along the floor from the upper front door to the kitchen. After I cleaned them up, there wasn't a problem the rest of the trip and we really enjoyed the kitchen/dining/family room set up to cook and spend time together as a family.

Beautiful and convenient!

  • 4 of 5

This home has a gorgeous view and is well located. It's just minutes from the grocery store, which is good if you're like us and forget that "one last thing." It's also really convenient to the local marinas. The owner was great about communication and had excellent suggestions for our visit, several of which we turned into good memories, like a family hike at Adams Falls nearby. Our fairly early-rising family saw a lot of wildlife off the deck in the mornings and the house has a great variety of bedrooms. It fit 7 adults and 2 children comfortably. The only floorplan caveat is that the living space is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, which may not be ideal for older visitors, or those with toddlers.

The only drawback of the house was that the grill was pretty greasy and dirty, as were some of the provided dishes, pans and Tupperware. This was all easily taken care of with some soap and water, but we did pre-wash everything we used. There was also a rib-eye bone that we removed from the garbage disposal. The kitchen was the only place we had any concerns, though, and the rest of the house was very clean and comfortable.

Overall, we would definitely recommend this house. The owner is great, the location is great and the house is beautiful. The family enjoyed the game room, lots of big meals together, and still had places to find a little quiet time. Really ideal.

a great home for multiple families

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our time here. We had a small flooding incident with the kitchen sink and the property manager helped us via phone right away and responded quickly. The home was very warm and comfortable. Ideal for multiple families. We were grateful for the big table on the deck so that we could seat everyone for dinner on the deck. The hot tub, was VERY nice and very clean and well maintained. The house is super well stocked in the kitchen down to crockpots, and blenders.. and lots of extras that make it more homey than just a rental. My family enjoyed the puzzles, and the game room. It really was a very comfortable nice home. We had zero issues. Thank you for the comfortable Colorado stay. And honestly the view from the living room..... was just perfect.

Amazing Getaway in Granby

  • 5 of 5

My family stayed at this home for 5 nights- there were 6 kids and four adults and we never felt crowded. The views from the backyard are amazing and the owner (Kevin) was very accommodating. Definitely a repeat stay!
