This gorgeously remodeled beachfront beauty is a gulf front two bedroom, two bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom has its own private entrance onto the spacious balcony where you can enjoy amazing gulf views. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and a separate tiled walk-in shower - perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The guest bedroom holds two full beds (bunk-style) and a queen bed - giving you plenty of room for the whole family! Sit back back and relax in the cozy living room while watching your favorite movies on a big flat screen TV. The newly remodeled, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and is larger than most; we also fully stock the property with all the basic necessities one would need to make your family's favorite meals at home. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Your views from the main rooms and master bedroom are absolutely breathtaking! This condo also features a reserved covered parking space under the building, right by the elevators!

The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! Great beachfront condo with a view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 405 Tops’l Tides was a great unit. The unit has been remodeled/updated and was super clean! Everything was as described in the listing. The location of the unit is perfect. On the beachfront side and close to the elevators. (Our only “issue” with the condo was the water pressure in the shower. More like a light rain than a strong shower. But that’s a personal preference I guess) This was our 4th time staying at Tops’l and our 3rd with Gibson management. We did not have to contact them for anything. But my mom was staying in a unit as well and when she tried to get in her room the batteries to the lock had died. Gibson was on site in 10 minutes and had her ready to go. So I know their customer service is great. We love staying at Tops’l Tides because of the location and amenities offered. Having 2 pools and the poolside bar is amazing. Don’t want to go out for lunch dinner or drinks? They have you covered!! Being located between the craziness of Destin and 30A means you can go either direction for plenty to eat or do. Or right across the street to Baytowne Warf! Check-in/out on the app makes staying with Gibson and Tops’l a breeze!10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Great Property

This was our twelfth year staying at the Tides. This unit was updated beautifully. Plenty of space. The only issue was I’d have housekeeping wash the floors!

Another Great Vacation at Tops'l

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views, unit was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our family of 5. The only issue was the wi-fi as we couldn't get it to work. Notified Gibson but never received a response. Definitely would rent again!
