About this property

Beautiful upstairs 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in coveted Cathedral Springs, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs and the airport (but out of the flight path!). Relaxing balcony off the master suite with ample seating and a new electric grill (no gas or charcoal allowed) for those special dinners. Full size kitchen with all amenities, full-sized washer/dryer. Master has a King-size Intellibed. Master bathroom has a brand new custom walk-in shower. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, third bedroom has a twin trundle bed. Master and 2nd bedrooms have televisions and new architectural blackout five panel vertical blinds. Living room has a new couch and loveseat, as well as a 4K Samsung TV and sound bar to listen to your favorite shows and playlist. A short walk to the closest pool, hot tub and fitness center. There are three other pools and hot tubs to enjoy at Cathedral Springs.

Please note that the Cathedral Springs Community only allows monthly rentals.

Great complex and unit

This property was right on the border of Palm Springs and Cathedral City, which made it convenient for downtown, airport, and other resort cities down the valley. The security, landscaping, and amenities were all great. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I'm going to book this place again, maybe as early as this Fall.
